The hotel is situated in the heart of pu luong and is very peaceful, it feels like you have the whole area to yourself. (Note: We found it very easy to get to from Hanoi using a private transfer which was arranged by our hotel. After Pu Luong we travelled to Ninh Binh which was also very easy to arrange.) When checked in at Luna and had been upgraded for free. The views from our room were perfect. There were no issues with bugs or dirt in our room. The manager was very helpful at arranging a tour and a driver for us. We went for "route 2" and it was great, the best day of our Vietnam trip so far. The food was great and all meals were cooked fresh. Overall the stay was very peaceful and relaxing and with lots to do for those who want some adventure. Would love to come to back.
