The guesthouse itself is situated in the middle of the row hotels. It is gorgeous and clean.
The staff were great.
For the parking at the ferry - they directed us where to park, which boat we'd be getting.
We shared out boat ride with some locals who were all lovely.
At the hotel, the face of the house was a young chatty lad who had great English. He spoke with the locals about renting kayaks for us.
There are sun lounges opposite the guesthouse that are free to use for guests.
The breakfast was lovely (small Albanian pancakes with local honey, egg, sausage and bread, usual cheese/cucumber/tomatoes that you get with every meal in Albania)
Top class views.
We would 100% go back to this guesthouse.
The area:
- we were there at the start of the season, so it wasn't too busy even during the day.
- the water is very cold but perfect for jumping into and then quickly climbing out and warming up in the sun.
- bring water shoes, the mixture of cold water and stones is very painful
- there is a walk up behind bee guesthouse and bilini guesthouse that is good and steep but it leads to a lovely view point up the valley.
- we rented the double kayak for an hour and paddled down the river a bit for some lovely views.

The best chicken fillet and pancakes we’ve ever had! Accommodation was cosy and comfortable. The staff were the best part of the stay as they went above and beyond to cater for us and we loved getting to know them a little more.
