The city is so much nice, calm with beautiful Alpen views. Hotel itself is very comfortable, calm and well designed. All the equipment looks quite new. The room was very clean, linen so fresh. Breakfast was tasty with lot of varieties of food.

Fantastic location - unbeatable views! Monica was very friendly and answered any questions. Delicious buffet breakfast (€18), very comfortable beds, and good sized rooms. There is a mini fridge in the room, which was nice. Would stay here again!

Beautiful small down town with typical Austrian arhitecture, murrals on amost eash builiding. We were in transit so one more days to explore the surronding would be great. Free downtown parking. The lady in info center were more than helpful and nice, she even opened the already locked info center door to give us brochures. We didn't have time so visit mini burg in very center, have seen it from outside only.

Golling was the perfect place to stay!
Golling was the perfect place to stay! They had everything we needed for our large group of 6 adults. Only minus is that we didn't have enough time to truly enjoy spending time in the house! We loved the comfortable decor and the charming town the most. The waterfall nearby was absolutely beautiful and the downtown area was very cute with lovely cafes and high end restaurants! The grocery store is only a few minutes drive away, and it had everything we needed. We traveled to Salzburg and Munich while we stayed here and thought it was a nice hub for our travels. SO many places and sites to see nearby as well!

We stopped here on a driving holiday travelling back to the UK from Croatia. This market town is really nice, some lovely shops, a good mix of tourist, good quality clothing, food and drink and curiosity shops. There are a good selection of restaurants to cater for all tastes. We didn't have a great deal of time here but would certainly revisit if travelling this way again.

A really gorgeous town with river, mountains, waterfall and so on. Easy to reach Salzburg and the lakes. There is a direct exit to Golling from the highway A10. Take care: the local roads are closed sometimes so only the residents are allowed the use them. So detours can take hours in the mountains. You can also reach Salzburg by train. The Eagle's Nest at Berchtesgaden and the Königsee is also very close.

Golling is beautiful and a great location either as an overnight stop or just a home base to hike around the area and explore nature.
However, keep in mind it is very quite, few people, there are barely good restaurants and it is really meant more for relaxation.

This setting was peaceful and stunning and just as I'd hoped for my stay near Salzburg! Went for a morning walk at sunrise and found myself spinning and singing like Julie Andrews in the Sound of Music, looking out over the mountains and green hills before me!
My room was lovely and comfortable! And the owner and their family were so kind, helpful and hospitable, even letting me use their microwave to pop some popcorn! The breakfast spread was amazing too! I just loved my stay!!
The hotel was charming, with great views from the balcony and terrace. We stayed there with a toddler for a week and it was a great choice for us. The area has an indoor and outdoor play area that kept our little one entertained and we could enjoy a quiet drink at the terrace. Breakfast was great and a good choice for all the family. The hotel is in the mountains so a rented car is a must-have.
Clean, cosy and comfy. Breakfast is included, beds are comfortable, bathroom is modern. A balcony and a clean mountain air is an additional bonus. An elevator to bring the luggage to the room is very helpful.
We only stayed overnight and didn’t expect anything special but we loved the room and can definetely recommend this hotel!
Peaceful place to camp. Not far from Salzburg. It is true that there is only two toilets and a shower for men and the same for women but we personally didn’t find we had to wait long ever. Wasn’t really possible to access electricity from the field where most people camp in tents as it is located where the camper vans are.
stayed here one night as fairly close to Salzburg airport and it had a big family room. hotel was clean, room
was spacious, staff were super helpful and friendly, and breakfast was great for a small additional fee. located on a high st and had a restaurant attached which looked lovely but we were too late to try.
What a beautiful and traditional alpine lodge in a wonderful location on the hillside with a stunning view of the Austrian Alps! This B&B was a perfect overnight stop off and stay during our roadtrip through Austria and white water river rafting the Salzach River which is just a 15 minute drive from the lodge.
The person at the reception (presumely the owner) was very kind and even spoke French. Even at 11.30PM the doors were still open and there was someone at the reception. It felt like a cosy hotel. Enough parking for guests. We also had a terrace with a nice view.
Nice historical building near the castle. Although in the centre of town, there was a good private parking behind the hotel. The dinner was good for a reasonable price. It looks like the restaurant is popular. We were waiting for a while for the table.
The location and food were great, the place also functions as a restaurant. Easy to access other areas near Salzburg, parking place provided next to a lake. All you can ask for and more!
Smooth check -in/out. A very nice place nearby Salzburg if you're driving by and want to take a break overnight.
Everything was clean, facilities very good. Very good value for money.
