People were friendly, and caring. Umbrellas for rainy days, bikes for accessibility, the ability to walk about the castle grounds and breakfast was amazing to have inside of the castle. These really stood out to me and I will come again.

getting to the hotel was a little tricky on the day as the marathon was on so we had to cart our bags form the train station, which fortunately was not too far away and our return trip was a quick 15 minutes so no issues there so if you are light on with luggage, worth the walk to get your bearings from the "new" to the "old" town.
We were greeted by a most warm welcome from the an extremely helpful and lovely Maree and as we were early, storage of our luggage was taken care of by her and we were off to see the sights of this gorgeous city. My wife said the greeting was the best we have had from any hotel, ever so a big well done.

LOVELY BOUTIQUE Hotel - Small in Size but just PERFECT - Host was very Helpful in all Aspects - Internet Perfect - Very Friendly Atmosphere. Little far from Salzburg ( 10 kms but we selected with that in mind based on review ) but if you want to experience Country side through the Woods - then just GREAT.
Would love to visit the RESORT Again.

The hotel is nice, and free parking is available right in front of the hotel (if not too occupied), or in a nearby free parking lot. The room is fine, with a nice balcony. Breakfast was fine, and there's also a decent restaurant where we had dinner (though some of the dishes were a bit too salty). There's not much to do in the town itself, but if you're with a car, it could serve as a basis for touring the area: Salzburg city center, the Eagle's nest, and some nice gorges and waterfalls are all within a 20-minute drive.
The hotel is a bit secluded from the village but is in an idyllic location, full of green meadows and with a great view of the Salzburg mountains. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They had a great breakfast buffet, wifi was fast and we especially liked the wood-styled furniture. Also, it was very clean.
We liked everything. We had a very nice room, comfortable beds, amazing view, nice clean bathroom. This hotel is in a very beautiful place. Staff was very nice and polite. We really appreciated that they gave us free train tickets to Salzburg. Good parking. We will definitely come back.
This was a lovely hotel with friendly staff. We really enjoyed the evening meals on the patio - they had a musician who really made the meal enjoyable. The room was nice with comfortable beds.
