Location: proximity to Sovereign Hill is excellent. Room 6: our initial room and bed-lamps for both beds. Room 6 to 5: staff provided assistance moving to another room that had a working tv + given a bottle of wine for the inconvenience of having to relocate to another room. Room 5: room we transferred to had 2 separate bedrooms which was an upgrade for us.
Décor: old world feel created with dark furniture and warm lighting which created a welcoming ambience. Bathroom: low level light over vanity is welcomed, as most lights are blinding during the night + mirror height positioned to be suitable for tall and short people. Carport: Great to have the car under cover especially in winter. On site restaurant: Azzuri is excellent. Great food. Great ambience with wood fire going. I would definitely stay here again. We were there in winter so didn’t use the pool or gym. Very quiet. Great to have the car under cover and not have to scrape ice off in the morning.

I loved the room. Spacious area. One queen bed and one single which I shared with my brother as we were there for work. Location couldn't have been better as our worksite was directly across the road. We were working on the train tracks there. Facilities were good. Kitchen sink to wash our dishes, all the cutlery you needed, microwave, stove tops with a mini oven - great for a quick fixed meal.
I loved how easy the instructions were to follow with checking in. Thank you to Eastern Hotel for making it as simple as you could also allowing us to check in as late as we did. I would definitely stay again if I get the chance to work there.

It was my Mother's Day weekend. Both, my daughter and I are very happy. It was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we were close to everything. Thank you.

Very convenient location to most tourist attractions, but need your own transport/car. No security gate to main entrance and did not feel safe at night. Small unit but comfortable for a short stay. Secure parking, fridge, microwave, washing machine/drier, iron (needs a new iron-board cover), mini dishwasher, might have to do a second round with dishes/glasses) No fans in bedrooms and a portable heater if it gets cold. Just a reverse cycle in the main family room. Carry your own tissue boxes, kitchen roll, microwave cover for food if going to use. There is a walk in cupboard space attached in the main bedroom but a child's cot occupies that area making it difficult to store your belongings or hang clothes.
