Only problem was the thousands of semi-trailers travelling right through town every day...Noisy..and the animal trucks with animals on smelled...for a minute each time..they should provide a by-pass for their convenience and ours Otherwise great Excellent shopping, and browsing, entertainment. Due to the current Virus, a lack of places to sit down and eat was a nuisance, As older people (mid 70's to 80) we need to sit somewhere, and hate the idea of standing around like cattle eating our food. However, we realise it's not the fault of Colac, just the current state of things, which, given time, must obviously improve. We will certainly re-visit very soon, as we quite liked the town, and surrounds. Generally it seems to us, although on a short visit, to be a nice place to be. A welcome change from the City!
