Check in staff were excellent. They had that friendly and relaxed approach that is typically old school Queensland. It made me relax. The apartment was a good size with a TV in the lounge and bedroom. There were tables for eating both inside and al fresco on the balcony.

I was pleasantly surprised at the large comfortable room, it was very clean and quiet. Nicely decorated. It had a microwave, crockery and glassware if you wanted to eat in and even had complimentary sweet biscuits which you don’t often see any more.

Property in peaceful location. Too far from Ipswich centre with heavy week business hours traffic congestion.
Bedroom heating doesn't work and brick house is very cold. Not value for money when staying as a large family.
Only two stove top cooking facility so insufficient for a large family.
