Cleanliness, beds were comfy and location was central. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful for both hotel and restaurant. Pizza was best ever.

Nothing.Staff v.good BUT not informed of 20 stairs no heating only 1 cup no milk. no glasses. kettle too big to put under tap. unable to plug in had to find power point and put it on the floor. kept awake as hotels exhaust system out side our window noise all night cases had to be left in car very disappointed
