Brussels is well-known as the headquarters of many European institutions and is often called the capital of Europe. However, Belgian waffles, beer and chocolate are just a few of the city’s best-known delicacies that can rival its political reputation.
French and Dutch are city’s two official languages so all streets and landmarks have two different names: don’t be surprised when you look for Grand Place and end up on Grote Markt!
Don’t miss the famous bronze statue aptly named Manneken Pis or the futuristic Atomium, a truly unique architectural creation. Wandering through side streets to discover small bookshops, romantic cafés and ethnic restaurants reveals Brussel's charm.
Brussels is a real melting pot of Europe, filled with great museums and art from Memling, Bosch or Rubens, historic breweries and great concert halls. Shopping addicts can visit the world’s first shopping mall, the Saint Hubert Gallery, opened here in 1847.
If you’re arriving at Brussels Airport or South Charleroi Airport, all major attractions are just a short train or bus ride away. Whether you’re looking for a design hotel, a comfortable apartment or a friendly B&B, Booking.com has something perfect for your Brussels trip.
Food options are really good. Don't miss the Waffles, Fries & Belgian Beers. Average experience with site seeing as whole city is dug put with lots of construction work. Roads were not clean and garbage everywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised by how dirty Brussels is.
I was pleasantly surprised by how dirty Brussels is. I would avoid long walks outside the center during the dark hours of the day.
Nevertheless, the center of Brussels itself was nice and interesting. The metro was very accessible, convenient and cheap.

I like the architecture and the general atmosphere in this city. It was good weather and a Saturday and it seemed like everyone was having a party or enjoying the place and the weather on that particular day.

Such a varied city.
Such a varied city. Architecture, attractions, shopping, food, entertainment. So much to do and I never feel like I have enough time, unfortunately I also never have enough money. Brussels is expensive for the traveller/tourist unless you know your way around and know where to go for what you want.

Brussels is a very walkable city.
Brussels is a very walkable city. This city is incredibly rich in history and legends. I would have loved to have stayed an extra day or two, but we only had two days to spare. There are several walking tours offered in the Grand Place, which is a site to behold in itself. My group wanted to do a beer tour and a chocolate making tour, but we just didn’t have time to fit everything in. Definitely an excuse to come back.
Really friendly and welcoming staff! The hotel is in a strategical location, with the subway stop Rogier literally across the street and the train station Brussels North nearby. The city centre basically starts around the corner (Grand Place/Grote Markt is 10-15mins walking or 2 subway stops away). The hotel has a vintage flair, with some Art Nouveau decorations in the reception area and also in the room. Good breakfast buffet with sweet and savory options. I would definitely consider coming back.
I went to Brussels to celebrate the new year. The staff was really friendly and respectful. A very polite guy at the reception let us pray (we're Muslims) at the hotel before our check-in. He even let us keep our bags there. I'd like to thank him. I enjoyed playing card games with my friends in the breakfast room. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right in the center and near all touristic places, shopping stores, and guided tours.
i.e. 4 min from The Grand Place.
We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Staff were friendly, bed was comfy. Room was comfortable and very quiet. Modern bathroom with shower. Bus stop for city center (no. 66) was very close. Reasonable selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Fee airport shuttle was very convenient. Carrefour and Lidl are nearby in case of snacks. There are a couple of restaurants and a few takeaways around as well. Overall we really enjoyed our time in Brussels and our stay in this hotel.
So close to everything - Brussels Centraal is only around the corner, meaning a train to and from the airport is so viable. Less than a 25 minute walk to grand place, meaning you don’t have to get buses or taxis to and from town. The staff were all lovely, and the room was great. Rooms Aircon was brilliant - really needed it in the heat that was over there. All round great stay and super affordable, only payed half the price of any other similar quality hotel.
The room is new and SPACIOUS! Modern equipment and very convenient!!, in details. ! Location is great , close to Metro line and on a walking distance to downtown and many central points, premium neighborhood, clean and quite ! lovely and very home-like lobby and a bar, great place to meet people and just relax. very nice and pleasant interior design , spacious internal areas. The best ever hotel I have been in Brussels for over 10 years!
Nice hotel with an interesting design in Brussels. Very comfortable room. The size is good for two people. The furniture is new. Room equipped with a kettle and safe. The main advantage is location. Hotel located 5 min by walk from the underground station (the same line as the Train station and Mini Europe Park). 20 min by walk from city center and main historical places. 10 min by walk from fashion boutique street, restaurants, and cafes.
Situated on a quiet street close to the main tourist attractions of the Grand Place and all the nearby shops and restaurants. Our room was lovely, we only stayed in Brussels for 3 nights, but we would stay at the Ibis Hotel again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone. The ladies at the reception are very kind and helpful. It’s my 2nd time in this hotel and I’ll certainly be back in other opportunities. Highly recommended!
This is my second stay in this hotel, and i m never disappointed. The staff are so nice and reliable. Really still the nice vibe. Clean as always are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but ok for the standing. I will recommend again this hotel and might my place to be each time i travel to brussels. Also important note, transportation is really easy around to reach the center or airport. Full stars review for me :)
I absolutely adored the staff at this hotel. Everything was great, but they made everything that much better. Very helpful, kind, and professional. I will stay here again the next time I visit Brussels. The location is perfect for me. Close enough to the city center without being right under it but also close enough to its own set of restaurants, cafes, and shops.
Comfortable room with a small fridge (former minibar, I guess), complimentary water, quiet at night by closed windows. 15 min via a pedestrian street to the very center of Brussels (Grand Place). OK to reach by car. Public garage Rogier is in front of the hotel and is very good. Metro and bus stops nearby.
We had a very nice stay in Brussels. Edouard Boat offers privacy and a large space for a very good price in proximity to the city center. Recommended for adventurous characters searching for a novel experience rather than anonymous all-inclusive uniformity offered by highly equipped hotels.
the location couldn't be better. it's walking distance from everything i wanted to do in brussels. the building and unit itself were also a real breath of fresh air. i've had some bad results with furnished apartments, but this was better than a 5 star hotel room.
Large and smart rooms, central location, brand new hotel. It was once the Sheraton Brussels. Now fully renovated and still some sections are being developed. It seems it will be one of the best hotels in Brussels once it's fully operational.
Hotel is located near Central Station and the main road, right next to the shopping area and 10 minutes walk from the Grand Platz (main attraction in Brussels); Good restraints and shops nearby. the room was quite big, yes comfortable.
I stay in that hotel always whenever I'm in Brussels. Comfortable big beds. Kitchen with all needed equipment. Perfect localization in the city center close to everything and just next to the metro station. Gym as well is fine.
Nice hotel close to the north station of Brussels, but also close to other places. It was easy to get to the city center. Breakfeast was good: partially western and partially Japanese, but you could pick what you wanted.
Location and all staff kindness.
The hotel is very good located close to the Brussels-North station and the city center, also all staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quite easy and fast.
Hotel within walking distance of the "Brussels North" train station, making it a great pick if you travel by train. Getting in the city center from there is easy using the tramway.
Best location, 200 m from Brussels central station, 100m to Grand place, surrounded with shops and restaurants. Have a coffee shop and breakfast at hotel ground floor.
