It's very cheap. It's a long way from Brussels and we took a taxi. But, if you are going to Forest National for a concert (which, by the way, was unfortunately cancelled), then this is a good accommodation, although there are options closer. Otherwise, this is an ordinary Budget Ibis, with its shortcomings)
I liked the private parking which is closed at night.
Nice staff.

The location was only 8 minutes walk from Brussels Midi station (just a bit awkward around all the roadworks). The front door of Urban Yard isn’t obvious, but stepping inside is to arrive in an oasis. The decor is calm, the staff friendly and helpful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
This Art Deco hotel is centrally located in Brussels' centre, 1800 metres from the Grand Place, Manneken Pis and Rue Neuve Shopping District.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience.
The bed was uncomfortable, and there was a bad smell in the room, which seemed to come from the furnace. Additionally, several facilities were missing or inadequate, which made the experience even more disappointing.
The elegantly designed Mercure Hotel Brussels Centre Midi is conveniently located in the heart of city, a 5-minute walk from the Brussels-South Train Station with Eurostar and Thalys terminals.

Attractive and well kept hotel facility. Quiet. Large room. Proximity to train station.
Featuring French façades, high ceilings and luxurious tapestries, Le Plaza is set in front of the Rue Neuve Shopping District and 2 tram stops away from the lively Grand Place.

Room was stinking with some horrible smell &there was not enough tea or coffee in the tray. In bathroom there was no hand soap. I reported to the receptionist he gave another room but that was not done looked like someone was there as the bed was not done(clean) properly so I had to return the key and stay in the same room.
The reception was so unprofessional and rude that all the other things are not anyhow important. It would be normal Ibis budget hotel for 6 points, but the "welcoming" procedure was unfotrunately not great at all. Breakfast is small but sufficient, though there was chaos because of too many guests.
Budget=budget
I was in the neighborhood for a meeting that took very long, so I stayed for a night.
Nothing bad to say, but also nothing great.
Very average small hotel. Prices are just over the quality rate for me and breakfast was not even included...
The hotel staff is very friendly offering us details about things to visit in Brussels and also telling us what transportation means to use. The parking in the yard was ok and we had access using a special ticket we received from the reception desk.
Very bad hotel, I booked through booking.com and when I arrived at the hotel they refused to let me in because the rate that I booked from booking.com is not acceptable for them !!!!
So the hotel is very very very bad.
The location is really close to P+R and free parking right in front of the hotel, hence it is perfect for a family travels with a car. The value for money is good and the room is quite spacious.
I loved that the parking and hotel was fenced in. It made me feel safe. And the rooms were so cute. Even though they were small, they were comfortable and just perfect for our needs.
Possibility for an early check in and late check out for a fee. This was one of the reasons I chose this hotel for my stay. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming.
The hotel has a very good value / price ratio. The room and lobby are clean, the staff is always ready to help. The bed was comfortable. Separate shower and toilet.
