The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to the gondola and great bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern and clean and staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Reception staff are available 24 hours a day as well.

The Hotel Dumanov is an excellent hotel, with really friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to help me find a day sac I left behind in a local taxi.
