Wonderful place! Downtown, very spacious rooms, extremely clean and new, quiet, even though on a main street! Mineral water pool, super friendly staff, will definitely be back again! The room has a small kitchenette, so great even for a long stay! English channels on TV! Double vanity sink in the bathroom! Excellent hotel!

Meals are far from what used to be extra quality. More and more cheaper and yesterday pieces are served (two days old croissants, old and not usable honey pie pieces, and cakes are cross, even not well baked ones were served. No more nuts, only pumpkin and sunflower seeds are served for breakfast.

Very nice hotel, located just meters from Velbazhd Square. The bathroom was very nice, and my room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a nice work table and bedside lamp. The WiFi worked well, as did the TV; there was a wide choice of channels. Served only at 8 AM, breakfast was very basic but good. Except for breakfast, the restaurant is closed on Sundays. Other restaurants in the area do not have English language menus, except for one, which was also closed on Sunday. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is good, but the fruit us served cut into small pieces several hours prior to meals and that is no good! Some diners were very modest, some were very good. There should be variety for someone who is vegetarian or feasts.

The property is on a great location. 5 minutes to the railway station by foot and 10 minutes to the center. Since the hotel is built during the socialism, I was expecting for it to be old and dusty, but the room that I was in, was fully renovated and pretty clean. I was on the 11th floor and the view of the whole city was mesmerising.
