Was ok,the bathroom wasn't very clean 😕 At the reception, nobody explained to me about the hotel facilities, breakfast from what time is. Also, there was a note on the notebook that if anything is missing, it will be my responsibility. I didn't like that. I had lunch in the restaurant, and the food was ok,but the waitres were smoking outside, and she was talking on her personal phone when she served my food. I don't think this is professional at all Other than that, it's a great place to stay for a small town like Vidin city.

Superb warm welcome from Nicky and the staff, the room exceeded expectations. I was in the converted bank building because the usual hotel was full as I'd booked late. It's in a nice quiet part of town overlooking the park. Huge beautiful windows and very comfortable beds. And the coffee from the machine outside is pretty good. Thank you! I hope to stay again.

We arrived early at the property and the lady on reception was friendly and let us leave our bags at reception while our room was prepared. Gave a good restaurant recommendation when asked and also let us leave our luggage at reception after checkout while we waited for our onward transportation. Excellent location close to the river and a short walk to the fortress. Quiet street. Comfortable beds. Communication was in Bulgarian so can't comment on language ability of staff
