The owner is extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are much cleaner than the standards found in general in Brazil. The terrace on the river gives a particular ambiance for breakfast and dinner. The place is really calm and far from noises.
It was an exceptional stay for us and without doubt the best over 10 hotels.

Very nice pousada with very friendly and helpful staff. The common spaces were very clean and the yard was very pleasant to be around with a lot of flowers. The room was comfortable, not something superb , but still perfect for its very cheap price. I would say that the only negative is the location and this goes for (solo) female travellers, since it is around ten minutes from the main village and the night was a bit scary to return home (the time was around midnight) , also a guy followed us and was telling us some weird staff and the street was completely empty and not very well lit till the pousada.

It is an amazing place, with a very considerate and friendly owner, George! This is the the best place I have stayed since I was in Brazil. You wake up with the birds chirping, amazing full-vegan breakfast with a touch Bahian cuisine. I looked forward to the mornings during my stay.
