Fabulous place! It has so many features, we didn't get to use them all - spa, gym, salon, restaurant, bar... just not enough time. Staff was great, rooms clean and comfy. This will definitely be our basecamp when we travel in BC.

Staff was great and accommodating.
Room was clean.
Mini fridge a great size.
I liked the bed size.
The bathroom amenity bottles for shampoo, body wash, hand soap. Better than tiny soaps hotel usually have.
Lots of towels, which I loved.
Guest laundry was awesome, but it was a bit pricy,

After driving 4 hours to get to Cranbrook and waiting 2 hours at the hospital all we wanted to do was check into our hotel but nope, after paying online for the room, we were told very rudely to go home. All because we didn't have a credit card for the damage deposit. Really? I paid in full for the room and was given a confirmation number. I also phoned the manager just to confirm tthat the room was paid for to which she explained my reservation all looks good and that we shouldn't have any problems. My point is if my Visa/debit card wasn't good enough to pay the damage deposit then they should not have taken out any payment for the room.

The room is newly furnished and clean. Sheets and towels were clean. Heaters take a while to heat up so it was difficult to dry out our wet ski clothes, but by morning they did dry. It was very quiet at night despite being on the busy road. It deserves a higher rating than it currently has on Booking.com.

We were there for a medical procedure and there was a snowstorm so it was a good place to be safely. We utilized the restaurant because it was close and the staff was very friendly there. We travel to Cranbrook often from Creston , but don't often stay overnight

Cranbrook hosted a wonderful Kootenay Gran Fondo bike race. It was excellently organized with lovely volunteers. The trail from Cranbrook to Kimberley was perfect as was the entire race. In general the people of Cranbrook were friendly and kind.

The room wasn’t bad but very basic.
The room wasn’t bad but very basic. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast option was a disaster. A muffin, a juice box and a piece of fruit in a bag is NOT breakfast. The listing needs to change showing No Breakfast.

No complaints expect maybe the wifi could be better, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was more than we needed but very well stocked. Despite not looking like much from the outside our room was nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
Also The Heid Out/Fisher Peak Brewing was family friendly and had the best food by a long shot! Was worth a really long wait too!

Amazing views and superb building.
Amazing views and superb building. However, there is room for improvement considering the hotel facilities. Comparatively very expensive and no value for the money as there are no meals included in the booking. It is a great location for a photo shoot. However, I do not recommend it for accommodation purposes.

We stayed in the downtown area were there is a very large park - I think it’s the Rotary Park. We were there on a Saturday and they have live music and serve beer and coolers in part of the park. There are a number of restaurants and shops in the downtown area we stayed at. We stayed at the Baker Hotel which is an old brick hotel that is renovated. We ate at the Heid Out & Fisher Peak Brewing Company for dinner twice. We saw deer just walking around neighborhoods, which was really fun for us.
The breakfast was good. Loved the cooked bacon, sausages, and eggs, better than most hotel complimentary breakfasts.
The pool was clean and refreshing, and they supplied us with towels. Had a nice swim in the sun. Nothing fancy, but served its' purpose. Seating around the pool and inviting area around it.
the room was clean and big, we were there in the hot day and the air condition worked well, we had a very good sleep after a long day biking., a lot of beautiful flower basket hanger made the hotel looked very pretty.
This is s great base with easy access to road cycling, mtn bikibg, golf and hiking in the Kimberley/ Cranbrook corridor.
Great breakfast and service @ the 19th Hole restaurant!
As good as ever. The boss is warm, the room is clean, spacious and bright. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping. Every time I pass by, I choose this place.
The property shows pride of ownership and is clean and fairly spacious (we had a one queen room on second floor). Great room for a pet friendly accommodation.
