Not one thing, it was incredibly dirty. First room was super moldy, and the second "recently cleaned" unit wasn't much better. I had to bring my own cleaning supplies to feel even a little bit comfortable staying there for the week.

Motel location is good if you are attending a function at the SOEC.
Room was small but adequate for a one night stay.
Clean and bed was comfy.

Due to work commitments, we had to arrive at this inn close to 11pm at night. Remarkably, the manager who should have finished by 9pm, was there waiting for us, providing seamless communication throughout, ensuring that even on a snowy night, a light was there to guide us.
Despite being a small inn with only fifteen rooms, the decor exuded sophistication and professionalism, with consumables sourced from British and Italian brands. The beds were just the right balance of soft and firm, incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was fresh and tidy. The coffee and tea provided in the room were exceptional.
Located opposite a lake, the hotel offers numerous water activities in the summer and even has a water park open during the warmer months. It's just a five-minute walk from the airport.
Located 0.5 km from Skaha Lake, this Penticton property provides free Wi-Fi and a refrigerator in each room. BBQ facilities and a seasonal outdoor pool are on site.

There are some gorgeous parts on the edges of Penticton and the outskirts, like right down by the water, around Skaha, and Naramata. Inner Penticton offers lots of excellent and unique shopping opportunities. There are many walking and hiking opportunities, and their museum (in the Library) is among the best I've ever visited. However, there is a considerable problem with the homeless population which grows and grows. I'm concerned for them, clueless as to how to help, but also I feel uncomfortable and (at times) unsafe as I'm informed that the drug problem plays a part, and drugs make people unpredictable.

Just went there to explore some of the back roads around Penticton- OK Falls-Oliver Osoyoos area. I didn’t go there for the beaches or night life. BTW if you need emergency care for any reason don’t waste your time with walk in Clinics. Go straight to Hospital Emergency. At least you are dealing with professionals.

This is an absolutely gorgeous vacation place , love it and we go back every summer … I specially like going during their Peach Frstival, lots of activities and shows to see …. My favourite are the free night concerts, it’s a great place to enjoyed with friends and family ( even the teens/ young adults like it)
Everything is close by so you can walk everywhere, the beach and beautiful lake just steps away from most motels …. It’s a magnificent place to visit
Lots of great dinner options and most motels units have a little kitchen, you can save by cooking breakfast and lunch , snacks, drinks etc .
WE LOVE PENTICTON 🥰🥰🥰

Despite a disappointing hotel we stayed in, we thoroughly enjoyed renting e-bikes and traveling the KVR for 6 hours. Visited the Abandoned Rail Brewing Co. and enjoyed a cold beer after a long and hot ride. Also try the Neighbourhood Brewing pub in town for great food!
It was Peach Fest weekend, so the free music concert in the park was nice on a warm, breezy evening.

Touristy town with beautiful sandy beaches and a refreshing breeze. The Slumber Lodge is in a great location directly across from the beach. Everything is in close proximity and is very walkable. Check out Gyro Park (host to numerous events), the Farmers' Market and all the wonderful shopping and dining experiences. For some great Mexican food and atmosphere we recommend Tequilla Vallarta on Main Street. We look forward to our next visit!!!

Perfect location for an e-bike trip, Penticton is very central to the amazing network of Okanagan cycling trails. We did 158km in 3 days, cycling Penticton-Naramata, Chute Lake-Myra Canyon (Chute Lake area NOT recommended for cycling) and Oliver-Osoyoos. Penticton had everything we needed in terms of services and the hotel we stayed at was ideal. Most noteworthy: EVERYONE in this town (and I'm not referring to tourists, but locals) seems so HAPPY. Must be one of the most smiley-happy places. Loved our stay and the friendly people.
Cute, nicely decorated room in a beach resort. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with bathtub. You can see that everything has been renovated recently. Easy to find the place as well as check-in. Kendra and Shelly were quick to respond to my questions about the room, and even gave some great recommendations about the restaurants. Definitely would consider staying here again when in Penticton.
It was Close to the beach and this was potentially the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. My children noted what looked like a vomit stain on the couch. Tv was ridiculous.. the running joke was who wants to watch a show on the little Tv box. Lol. We made the best of it and the staff were fine but shape up or ship out and ship that one out and on down or maybe gut it and start over.
Nice hotel close to parks and the beach. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and they had a fridge and microwave in the room which was handy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and a good temperature.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
* I left my drivers licence in the room and they called right away to tell me which I really appreciated
I've always enjoyed my stay at your Hotel, Staff at check-in are awesome, friendly, Housekeeping are great, I know this trip, they were overwhelmed with work, so we didn't have room service, we had service just once, other then that, all was great, thank you Day's Inn Penticton 😀
The breakfast was amazing! The eggs had cheese or peppers and onions in them each day, bacon was thick sliced and delicious. The staff were super kind and helpful. The environment was safe and welcoming and very family-friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel!
Amazing Location across the street from the lake.
This hotel is very clean, not fancy or new but we love it.
Friendly helpful staff.
Excellent Housekeeping Staff- we were amazed to see such an active housekeeping staff.
Some rooms have views of the lake
I love the place, the room is very comfortable and clean. It is in front of the lake. I had walks. I am vegan and there is a restaurant closed to the hotel that offer nice vegan hamburgers. This is my second time in this hotel. I will stay there in my next trip.
The people were very kind, personable, helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The room was very clean and comfortable for us during our stay. Highly recommend this place and when we are in Penticton again we will look forward to staying here.
Super friendly people! Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Very very clean. A/C worked great, which was good considering the temp! Was a pleasant surprise this little hotel! Definitely be back!
Hard to comment on this. It was so awful. There was partying all night. There was no hotel staff around to put it to and end. It was unclean and we just wanted to leave. We had no rest.
Always an awesome place to stay!
First time there after ownership change.
Still had a great time! Bike riding then an evening glass of wine on our private patio overlooking Penticton!!
There is everything to like about this establishment - I usually go through the Okanagan 2 or 3 times a year. From now on the Ramada in Penticton will always be my Destination stop
This old motel is ideally placed in Penticton very near the beach and pubs/restaurants. It is a little throwback to the 60's/ 70's when you did vacations with your family.
i don’t like it’s not go the room was Different not like what i see on the picture it’s not good and very bad and A/c not working i pay 400$ for Garbage hotel
Very clean rooms and facilities. Hotel is easily accessible and close to beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking available. Great service and friendly staff.
