The rooms are new, well maintained and clean. We had a room with glacier view! They also do an early evening reception in the lobby with drinks and canapés for guests. We had a lovely dinner at the Altitude restaurant and had great lunch at the cafe too. There are only 32 rooms in the lodge, we were very lucky to have booked one. It’s the best accommodation in the Icefields Parkway by far!

We had a stunning view of the glaciers and all the furniture was so comfortable. The location is quite literally unbeatable by about 100 miles - there is nothing else in the vicinity! You'd have to drive over an hour in either direction to reach something else. The hotel also had the tastiest water I've ever drank due to the glaciers, and an amazing tea selection.KavyaUnited States

The views are stunning and it makes perfect sense to book here for the Rockies trip as this location sits between Banff and Jasper - right at the centre!! The toiletries provided are of top notch quality as well as the linen provided. We requested for an extra crib that was provided just perfect - my toddler loved it <3 We would love to go back to this place again and highly recommend itShagoonCanada

It did help a lot that we arrived on a sunny day. Staying here puts you at the perfect spot for an excursion up the glacier and the Skywalk. Rooms are modern with a nice layout, beds are soft and comfortable, other room amenities are on par.ClaudetteONetherlands

The staff, especially the two girls who dealt with us were beyond amazing given the huge issues the hotel faced these women were able to really accomodate and assist us and the other guests with issues around TV not working and no hot water. The rooms were really lovely too and beds comfortable

They serve complementary delicatessen and cheese boards in the common area for the guests. There is only one restaurant in the hotel (and in the surroundings) and it is pretty good considering you are in the middle of nowhere.

The dining room was just excellent, the food was amazing and the chef came around twice to check on us, he showed such great love and passion for his work it was infectious.

The view was spectacular and the hotel reception was beautiful with a floor to ceiling window. They also had a cocktail reception every evening we were there. Every afternoon from 5 to 7 the hotel is arranging a welcome cocktail with all kinds of cheese and cold meats which is great.

Room sizes were exceptional as we had booked a loft as well.. Very comfortable beds as well . But let me say this again, the location of this hotel is just wow!!!!
