Friendly vibes, great staff and the lounge area had a pleasant atmosphere to relax. Breakfast was pretty decent and in general it was ok for one night.

Maike and Walter were so lovely, and the food was amazing. They were also very helpful and kept me updated about snow conditions, and the best ways to get to Andermatt. It felt like home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay in Hospental and will definitely be back.

- The culinary experience surpassed our expectations with a sumptuous breakfast buffet and an excellent dinner at „The Japanese“, although prices are definitely rather high. „The Restaurant“ offers a wide variety of à la carte options, with decent food as well. - We definitely liked the seamless fusion of Asian and Swiss aesthetics with exquisite furniture and captivating artworks - Service / staff was attentive and friendly - Spa is in my opinion large enough and offers a large indoor pool and a smaller outdoor pool in the upper section. The hotel is well located in the village close to the railway station. The parking is just outside the hotel and there is plenty of space parking. The staff is very service minded and friendly. The hotel breakfast was good but missing the scrambled eggs were not available each day. Our room was spacious with a spacious bathroom.

This was an excellent penthouse apartment. Our host was very friendly and carried our bags up to the apartment. Being at 1440m up, we had perfect views of the snowy mountains from our balcony. It was extremely clean and lots of extra luxury items were provided. We also had a mini bar and snacks in the room. My dog was given a bed and some bowls, and we were allowed a flexible check out time. Will definitely be returning.
