We visit Hacienda El Rodeo as first stop at our holiday in Costa Rica. Very charming and beautiful hotel. Service was excellent! Garden and pool was beautiful. A lot of animals, hen and chickens, ducks and horses. Easy to join horsback riding in the jungle. Good food. A lot to explore but also calm and nice. Perfect stay for families.

So happy I booked this place as a treat before my flight home. The pool is lovely and the rooms are nice and comfortable. Everywhere was super clean. The included breakfast was good too. Had some issues with the shower there, but the staff went out of their way to help solve the issue. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Laura, Amy and Liana.
