This is a perfectly maintained rural house 15 minutes drive from Cesky Krumlov. Ideal beds, linens, authentic furniture, a lovely kitchen, wooden floors. There is a garden with a playground for children, a fireplace for grill (we grilled marshmallows), table tennis, hanging chairs, a common lounge area. You can order breakfast a la carte, reasonably priced. There is a fridge with local products and drinks, draft beer. It is a self service and is paid during checkout.
A field with deers just on the corner and a small village with a shop is 20 minutes walk away.

The location was very good. Since it was across the river from the Castle it was not as crowded. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel was ideally located in the main square in Cesky Krumlov. The staff were very pleasant and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Our room was on the third floor which was the top floor and there were quite a number of stairs to walk up as there were no lifts. Although we could manage these stairs, some people might find them more difficult and if you feel this might be a problem, it might be advisable to see if you can arrange a room on a lower floor. The staff did however offer to carry any luggage up to the rooms.
Villa Conti is located in the historical centre of this UNESCO-protected town, only 200 metres from the main entrance of the chateau, and offers you rooms of outstanding romance.

We were greeted by a lovely lady when we arrived and this continued throughout our stay. The one thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast that is provided. Yes, it’s a buffet breakfast but when you take away all the processed foods and foods that look as though they are the remains of “last night’s” dinner there in’t much. The eggs that were provided were “grey” and we felt that if you ate them you would get sick! The so called fruit juice was just water with a slight bit of cordial added. Nothing like the picture that is displayed inside the lift and really let the property down.
