The bathroom was great and so was the bedroom however they do kind of fuck you over with the pictures. The kitchen is free for all in the hallway. Like wtf.

We stayed 3 nights in the top floor apartment which came with a terrace with lovely views. Kitchen has everything you need. Towels, bed linen, toilet paper provided. Good wifi. Smart TV so you can log in to your own Netflix account for example. Apartment is dog friendly and was very clean. Friendly owner, met us with the keys. He gave suggestions of walks & amenities in the area. On the same street is a bakery, as well as a café for cakes, sweets and coffee. The Thai food at the restaurant on the square was yummy! All in all a great stay!
Tip for future guests: if you go in the summer, go to the outdoor pool called Termální koupaliště v Benešově nad Ploučnicí (be aware no dogs allowed). Take a walk up to the observation point called Ploučnická vyhlídka to get a stunning view of the area.
Suggestion: a parasol for the terrace would be useful. Perhaps also a mosquito net for the double bed.
