Comfortable, simple accommodation in the area with a warm, friendly, helpful owner. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The owner suggested some nice walks for me to do in nearby Roggenburg. The restaurant looked very popular. Overall, I felt there was a personal touch when I was in the restaurant or asked for help. The owner went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Charming ,authentique hotel in small village. So nice! Very kind host. Good food (the schweine braten was delicious). Room was clean. Shower okay, and beds comfortable. Only 10 minutes from the autobahn. We hope to use same hotel on our next trip to Italy.

We were only here fir the night before flying back to the UK. The hotel was extremely comfortable and very welcome after a long journey! Super friendly staff and the 9 euros extra for the breakfast was well worth it.
