Old-style hotel with a rather dated look to it - but old-style levels of service and catering, too, which was good. Very large clean room with equally roomy ensuite facilities, plentiful hot water and a bath big enough to lie down in, which is a rare find for me since I'm 1m90 tall. Tv and wi-fi okay; free soft-drink minibar in room; and a packet of Haribo on the pillow! Breakfast the next day was similarly traditional; those who want toast and croissants or an English cooked breakfast will find all they could wish for, but those who want a fruit smoothie or similar may have to improvise a bit. Location is excellent, literally across the road from the side entrance to the station, so a perfect stopover for those touring by Interrail.

Many bad reviews are about the area and not the Manhattan Hotel, but the truth is, if you want Frankfurt train station, trams, all the restaurants and supermarkets around, you will inevitably see weird people just like in any other big cities. They don't bother you by the way -- just mind your own business. I honestly love everything about this hotel -- central location, new, spacious, very clean and well maintained room with nice view of the train station building, great bedding, shower and hair dryer, and most importantly, very friendly staff (in particular, Sami who helped me check in one hour early after my long flight and who read my comments in the booking and assigned me a beautiful room). I like the hotel and its convenience so much that I came back for another 4-night stay in the following week. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this hotel!

On arrival, there was an error with our room booking, however this was quickly corrected by the reception staff. Otherwise a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The Spa facilities were great, very clean and plenty of relaxation areas.

Nice and quiet place to stay near Frankfurt. Unfortunately we arrived so late that SPA was already closed.
We had some cocktails & dinner in the bar and they were really good.
Breakfast was very good with big variety of interesting food.
So if you preffere quiet & cozy place near Frankfurt then it is a good option.
