Very nice Hotel. The people are very polite. Breakfast is really complete with many different products. Parking included in the price. The surrounding area is really safe for a walk outside the hotel. There are several place where to eat food or ice cream. The Hotel has a very nice restaurant but I had no time to taste their food.

I really felt at home as soon as I met the owners, who welcomed me and gifted me a 'welcome dinner.' The hotel reception is in the Chinese restaurant as you come in, and it is a beautiful setting with amazing food! I came to this location because it is close to St. Jakob event center in Basel, Switzerland. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the train station is a 10-minute walk. There are several service businesses: salons, restaurants, and grocery stores. Even though my workshop absorbed my entire day, the owners were so kind to offer me a late-night snack from the restaurant with sparkling water for my room. I slept soundly in the most comfortable bed ever! The affordability, cleanliness, location, and the wonderful owners & staff made my stay a restful experience.

Excellent value for money, comfy beds and super friendly staff. My room was quiet despite being street facing, everything was spotless and good water pressure in the shower. Easy to travel to Switzerland on the regular bus service which stops a few minutes away or the train. Would definitely stay again!

The hosts were very nice, me and my friend travel to Basel only by public transportation, which we have to wait for the bus or even walk down hill.
