The room had a nice balcony and there was a lovely garden to sit in as well. Bed was the most comfortable of my trip. Room was very clean. Ana and her husband went out of their way to make us feel at home. The evening meal was excellent.

A really lovely hotel, we had a very comfortable standard room that looked out over a pretty square with a couple of bar/restaurants. Brilliant location, just a few minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and all the sights of the old town. Great to have the option of parking on site. If you're driving, then it's worth reading the instructions the hotel send you carefully, and perhaps having a look at Street View on Google maps, so you know what to look out for. When you arrive, the car park entrance is on the right, about 50 metres before the hotel entrance. Miss it - as we did - and you'll just need to reverse back to it! Leon is a wonderful, compact city, perfect for exploring on foot. Can highly recommend the tourist train as a way of orienting yourself. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

Good hotel. Travelling with a group for a motorcycle tour. Secure parking in the basement for our bikes. Nice breakfast.
Offering free Wi-Fi and heated rooms with satellite TV, this hotel is situated just outside León’s Old Town. León Cathedral and Gaudí’s Casa Botines are both within a 15-minute walk.
It is not necessarily a place for single female travellers...
It is not necessarily a place for single female travellers as it is very secluded, even though it is near the motorway. I only met one young female staff member and her English was truly only minimal even though she had to explain the very unusual way the motel works. I would also seriously suggest that the quickest route to the motel, as decided by Google Maps, is not the safest route. I was relieved that it was daylight when I was directed onto the last stretch of road which takes one over poor country roads and almost abandoned tracks. Stick to the A-road whatever your GPS tells you!
