A nice little hotel. I stayed on the week Bilbao had an exhibition and concert in same week so hotels were hard to find. Not much to do in th area but hotel was good. Rooms comfortable and staff nice.

Staff were exceptional, very friendly, very helpful. Tatiana at reception did her best to get us into our room early, although check in wasn't until 2pm we were in at 11 am. Very much appreciated. Bar man (sorry I forgot the name) was so helpful and friendly too. Really appreciated their help.

The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and allows reaching Bilbao in a few minutes drive. I was positively surprised that the hotel be in a rather leafy surrounding, almost giving the impression of being located far away from urban areas. The room was very quiet. The hotel offers outdoor areas to have a drink or eat alfresco, even during rainy times. I was also positively surprised to realise that there is a restaurant at the hotel. Although I did not get to have diner here, the ambience looked very inviting.

This 17th-century palace offers wonderful views in a a quiet, natural setting. It is situated 12 km from the centre of Bilbao, 5 km from Bilbao Sondika Airport.
