The hotel was perfectly positioned for seeing Pamplona and was surrounded by restaurants. The room was very large and comfortable with an enormous bath and (separate) shower - excellent soundproofing silenced the noises from the square, which were very evident when the balcony doors were opened. Above all the staff from their welcome to their farewell were cheerful, helpful and efficient.

Parking in Pamplona is difficult. The help we received from the hotel was beyond brilliant.

This I explained to the receptionist who asked if there was anything we needed just call them! The staff were so Friendly and really loved our dog who received treats! The hotel was definitely 4 star and facility’s looked lovely but were unable to use any for the previous reasons. The dog had his own secure play area which was a bonus. They gave him such a warm welcome with bowls and a bed in the room, treats and even a dog room service menu! They have spacious hard floor rooms with huge beds and I hardly heard anyone else whilst in the room. The hotel smells amazing, food quality and service also really good. Would definitely stay again whilst travelling through Spain.
