The hotel was beautiful, right in the heart of the old town, overlooking the street where the bulls run during the festival. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

Parking in Pamplona is difficult. The help we received from the hotel was beyond brilliant.

Check in was fine. Room was small and I had to duck my head to get into bed. I didn't like anything much and definitely not 4 star.
