It was the only hotel room we could find in Oliva town center. Basic and noisy but clean.. could do with some improvements.

Everything was fantastic. An ideal place for a group or family to stay with the pool on site and beach close by. Lots of sports around in the Oliva Nova complex too. Excellent communication and we really appreciated the flexibility on check in and check out.

Quiet and green resort . Place to have a rest and to be out of the city noise .& the urban life . Oliva Nova is a village at the seaside, green with palms and gardens , where we've disconected from the busy city . There are not many reastaurants /or bars to have lunch or dinner with the family . In fact there are only 2 bars to have lunch and/or dinner with the family . We should of drive by car 30 minutes to the nearby village s to have dinner in the restautants .

We found people in Oliva super relaxed and friendly.
We found people in Oliva super relaxed and friendly. It was really hot when we visited - above 30C in early June and the many beaches around the area were all amazing!
We ate mostly at El Pelut which was up in the old town and served local food from breakfast to dinner (except siesta:-)
It's a nice little town, partly on the hill and it takes some effort to climb some streets in the heat but overall our stay was lovely.

A working town but with excellent beaches on its doorstep.
A working town but with excellent beaches on its doorstep. Lovely old town area with Moorish influences. Has most shops and good restaurants. Gandia is only 10km away for all you need. Orange trees where ever you look in this region

Oliva is an old industrial town with most of the old ceramic industry long gone and the old factories are mostly falling down. The beach area is about 1km from the town and is mostly all closed up during the winter with the exception of one small restaurant. The industrial area offers a huge opportunity for redevelopment but obviously cannot be seen by local politicians. We would not go back.

Working town combining centuries of history with Spanish...
Working town combining centuries of history with Spanish life as it is lived today. The beach is superb and largely undeveloped - about a mile from the town, allowing a good separation between the two. A characterless massive development based on golf is three miles away so do not accidentally book Oliva Nova if you want heritage, atmosphere and the true Spain
Away from the long, tree-lined main street where people chat, eat, drink and relax many of the streets are steep, narrow and medieval. Allow for that if infirm or planning to drive around the old town
Excellent access to Oliva by road but the nearest station is three miles away and airports are 45 and 60 minutes in either direction, There is a good bus to the station with fast onward access to Valencia and its airport. Taxis are good value compared to UK
Tourists will get by without local language but this is essentially a working town so a few words of Spanish works wonders and a dictionary to translate some of the more interesting menus.

Oliva is a lovely Spanish working town.
Oliva is a lovely Spanish working town. Lovely to walk around up in the Old Town with plenty to look at. The paseo is nice with bars & restaurants. Playgrounds where the parents all seem to meet which is lovely to see. It’s a very traditional town 🙂
The property is beautiful and in a quiet, rural setting surrounded by orange groves. Although you can walk into Oliva, a car is highly recommended to make the most of the area. We were made to feel really welcome by the owner and staff and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, spotless and had a private terrace area - the breakfasts were delicious and there was plenty of variety. The pool looked lovely but unfortunately the weather was not always kind so we were not able to take advantage of it. Highly recommended!
A very nice clean apartment ( 2 people) with secure parking and all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely swimming pool available for guests (we went in February/March so we didn't use it.) Apartment has good wi fi, fridge with a good freezer compartment, hot and cold air conditioning and tv with YouTube and satellite channels. It is well equipped and secure. Just a short (all be it uphill on the way there) walk from one of the best restaurant/bars in Oliva (El Pelut). We would stay again.
The view. Seeing the sun coming up over the horizon and ocean from my bed. Watching the moon coming up from the beach and from the terrace. Clean apartment and beach. Beach is super close. Did my workouts in the garden next to the pool and jogged barefoot at the beach. Easy handling with washing machine via app. Saw a dolphin while lying at the beach. Close supermarkets and other attractions like Font Salada or the Equestrian Center in Oliva Nova.
Lovely apartment with a nice outlook to the coast and distant sea view. Well equipped for a comfortable stay. The outside space on the balcony is a bonus, great for coffee and watching the amazing sunrises in the morning! Daniel was very friendly and helpful with good communications. The underground parking space is a real bonus for a stay in Oliva, where parking can be an issue.
We stayed there for 2 nights as we were participating in the Alberto Contador cycling race which started and finished at the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a mini suite with a plunge pool on the roof which was an added bonus. The facilities are excellent and will definitely stay again
Beautiful spot with views to both mountains and see. A lovely pool in a flowering garden and a very nice room. Acces to a small kitchen to cook your dinner and breakfast and enjoy in the outside area. Very nice and helpful hosts. Just a walk from charming Oliva Pueblo.
Cosy, well kept home in a quiet area, about 10-15 minute drive to beach & 10 minute drive to Oliva. Home had all required amenities, checking in & out was easy. The view from the terrace is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.
The customer service was above and beyond. Spaceous studio with all that you need and a huge balcony to relax on. Lovely quiet hotel in good location, 800 m from the beach.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff we met were very friendly. It was extremely good value for money and I would be very happy to stay again.
