The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly and spoke multiple languages. The hotel is located within easy walking distance of the historic old town and many good restaurants and bars. Tastefully decorated, it has a small swimming pool, garden and lounge making it an ideal base for a restful stay or for exploring the city and surrounding areas. The hotel is within a 15 minute walk from the station or a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. The large secure luggage store is an added benefit when organising a visit around flight times.

The hotel is located in the heart of old Girona but also slightly apart from the main and noisy thoroughfares. Nice and clean, with easy access from underground car park to room level. We were travelling with our dog and were given some complimentary dog bags on arrival. The breakfast was great and location of the hotel was very close to the centre of Girona so easy to get around.
