I simply loved everything about this property- location, views, architecture, staff, facilities - you name it! Communication was great before arrival and during our stay ! Every time we were greeted with lovely smiles and utterly helpful people. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the pool area is amazing- water clean and views are spectacular. Location is secluded and there’s a nice calm vibe about this property. I would love to return and stay longer. Can’t comment on the food/ prices since we didn’t get to try their menus! - short stay! The room was fine and much like all Best Western hotel rooms - clean and serviceable, and ideal for a stopover stay. The position was unusual - on one side, it is adjacent to an electricity power station with lots of pylons going out in all directions but luckily barely noticeable once in hotel grounds, and very close to A7 motorway. However to the other side of the hotel was wonderful countryside and numerous walking and cycling tracks! There is also a great restaurant in an attractive restored old barn right next to the main building.
