The room was tidy, clean, and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. The staff very polite, friendly, and kind. When we informed her that the coffee machine wasn't working she made us complementary coffees from the bar and brought them to the room which was really wonderful after a long day's walk. Breakfast was continental, abundant and really good. Sadly the beautiful shower didn't want to hold its head up which was a bit annoying when trying to wash. The towels were barely sufficient for two people (we had to share them rather than each having our own but it's ok we also share them at home) and we had to sacrifice one as bath mat. Couldn't get the tv remote to work, maybe just the batteries needed change. Overall, a warm welcome in a lovely place, a quiet restful night and a good breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast- Wonderful, wide range of items- very rustic and fresh. More coffee on request. Very good quality ingredients. Chambre d’Hote rather than Hotel but cosy, pleasant and the longer you stay the more you like it and the wonderful hosts. Beds very comfortable and rooms quiet and well appointed. Breakfast room solely for use by guests and has tea/ coffee making facilities. Good local information on board - very helpful and correct. E.g. Restaurant recommendations Can come and go as you please. However garden not accessible although shown in photos. Countryside makes up for no garden. Champagne made in house very palatable and affordable. Had welcome champagne on arrival. Patron helped us carry our suitcases at start and end. We will return.

Really convenient location for stopover when travelling through France. Nice little village, private parking. The bed is a sofa bed but it is really comfortable. Lucas the owner was really kind and helpful. All great.

We stayed here en route to Beaune and I am SO glad we chose here as we had a brilliant time and it felt a more authentic experience. There are 3 rooms upstairs Autumn (our room), Summer and Winter and Nathalie has just finished a beautiful room, Spring, on the ground floor which has doors to the outside. This would be fabulous for an anniversary or honeymoon as it is stunning. Our room was lovely, everything you need, very clean and everything felt new. Comfy bed. What makes this place even more special is the food! Dennis is an excellent cook and I highly recommend you book the meal in advance. Nathalie shops for local, fresh, seasonal ingredients and Dennis cooks a 4 course meal - starter, main, cheese and dessert. There was champagne to start and then white wine with the starter, red with the main and a claret with the cheese! It was 40 euro each and honestly better than any restaurant meal we had! What made it more fun was that we had the champagne before the meal and Nathalie and Dennis joined us and we had a lovely conversation. I speak very little French but understand it, my husband is quite good. Dennis speaks some English and Nathalie has good English so between us all it was a fun time. The weather was rainy but in good weather they have a beautiful garden to sit in outside. I wish we had stayed longer! I highly recommend and want to go again :)

We loved absolutely everything about this amazing gem of a property. Our room les Jolivettes was stunning. Our host was super friendly and breakfast was superb. Would really highly recommend and are looking forward already to going back.

Beautifully decorated hotel. Comfortable beds and excellent bathroom. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and there was a delicious restaurant downstairs. Champagne available to purchase in minibar was a nice touch, enjoyed very much.
