The location is great as you are residing directly in the city center itself. The staff is very helpful and friendly and speaks French, German and English fluently. The hotel is very clean. Public parking garage with direct access to the hotel.
We haven’t tried the breakfast but went out instead as we wanted to enjoy the city.

Great location at side of road, with outdoor swimming pool, this big conference hotel is nicely designed, front staff were very helpful, we had a family suit room, a very large room, huge bathroom, and kettle, only 5 mins walk from supermarket

We picked this hotel as it was close to a tesla Supercharger and we were enroute to Switzerland. We've previously stays at the novotel chain and generally had good experiences.
Unfortunately in this instance we had incorrectly booked the wrong date with booking.com, but within a minute of finding out that we had booked the wrong date it was impossible to change the date. In the end I made a second booking with the aim of speaking to the hotel about the possibility of a refund or change of date. Sadly this was not possible so very unhappy about this...
