Very nice staff. Room pleasant enough - bed very comfortable and water hot. Very quiet. Delighted to find a kettle and tea/coffee offered in the room! Wonderful bonus in France. Breakfast quite varied. Tram station 100m away - perfect.

The staff..terrific, courteous, and understanding. I was late for breakfast, and they went out of their way to whip an entire platter and send up to my room. I came with my 13-month-old baby, and they always had a warm bottle of milk and tall chair for me during breakfast. Amazing! The room was ALWAYS cleaned, the food was amazing.and the location...perfect!

The serviceman who checked in us was very friendly, understanding and helpful. We stayed 4 nights here and even the hotel is in front of train station, we felt quite safe at late evening. A center, which is full of good restaurants and shops, is very near. The bed was comfortable.
