Staff attended to my requests very quickly and the privacy of my room is great! Rather small room, which suited me as I am small sized. Unsure if it's ideal for 2 people even though there are 2 beds. Could be a tight squeeze with little elbow space.

We parked in the free car park opposite the hotel. The lady in reception was very friendly and helpful. The location for us was good as it was quiet but only a short walk along the river to the Basilica and the St Bernadette church. The weather when we arrived was bright and sunny but during the evening the wind picked up so the candlelight procession was held in the massive underground church which was an experience. We found the hotel clean and comfortable.

Location is excellent, a 7-minute walk to the Sanctuary. The area is quiet and it feels very safe to walk late at night. Hotel staff was very helpful. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
I loved the terrace of our room. Very good value for money.

No fascilities at all in Gez, but only a short (steep) walk to Argeles where there are pleanty of bars, restaurants and shops. Take a head torch for the dark path back up, if you want to avoid the road, though.
