We have used this hotel before - for a stop over en route to somewhere else. It is approximately 2 hours from the tunnel and close to the main road which makes it an ideal location for this purpose. The hotel is basic in terms of what it offers but this is to be expected - it is a budget hotel and very very reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean, the bedding was nice quality. Overall I would say this represents great value for money. There are two nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast but we didn’t take the option so can’t comment.

Great for an overnight stop before getting back to UK.
Great for an overnight stop before getting back to UK. Staff are super friendly, good restaurant opposite, v similar to Ask in the UK. Expected just an industrial estate so pleasantly surprised it was a nice residential area further up.

Perfect for an overnight stay a couple of hours from the Cannel Tunnel and heading south.. The only gripe is the overhead third bed which we hit our heads on several times. There was plenty of room for it to have been located on the floor plan.

This is on an industrial style estate miles from anywhere and 10 minutes drive into Rouen. The staff are grim and the rooms claustrophobic. Our ‘deluxe’ room smelt of smoke and had the tiniest shower. Breakfast was poor. AVOID.
Room on the ground floor, nice grass areas for our dog and walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants (open on Sundays). The bathroom was more like a wet room but it was ok for our needs. We didn't have breakfast but there are vending machines in the foyer for coffee etc. The bonus is that there are two restaurants outside the entrance for dinner after a long journey and they are both pet friendly. This hotel is just off the motorway junction so extremely easy to resume journey.
Thé breakfast was everything we needed
Served with a smile
the managers were very helpful also
helped with our French !
Covid restrictions were in place which was good to see
The room was really good and they accommodated our request for a shower room as my husband is disabled
We would definitely recommend this Hotel
Thankyou
This really is the budget variety of accommodation, the room and bathroom were small and basic but it was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable, so if you only need somewhere to sleep and have a shower it is just the job. It was cheap. Isneauville is quite a nice village to have a walk around if you want to stretch your legs.
The receptionist,Sylvie was wonderful.Although off duty she still booked us in.The following morning she phoned a mechanic to mend 2punctures,even going outside in the pouring rain to explain things. What an asset to the hotel.Becaise of Sylvie I will recommend this hotel to friends.
Always love staying here when returning to UK via the Channel Tunnel. Room was clean and comfortable as usual.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Always feel at home here. We will definately return.
Well done to Sylvie - she is great and a great ambassador for Ibis Hotels.
A clean, budget hotel ideally situated for breaking up a long journey, options for evening meal within a very short walk.
Friendly and helpful guy on reception gave us a 10% discount voucher for a local restaurant.
The room was clean and the staff member on the desk was exceptionally helpful, a good basic hotel reasonably priced for an overnight stop on your way to your destination.
Typical budget hotel. Staff was very friendly. Good breakfast (lots of choice, as much as you want). Location is quite far from Rouen, but good as a stop on the way.
