Very clean and well decorated. Large wet room shower with loads and loads of hot water. Our host provided, when asked a hairdryer and was very helpful. Breakfast was great and provided at whatever time we asked.
Railway close by, 50 yards, £35 railcard got you everywhere for 4 days. Bakery and local grocery store, 30 yards also recommended. Buy before you head into Paris in the morning, save 400 o/o.

It is immaculate, comfortable, economical, and spacious. The neighborhood looked iffy in Google Maps Streetview, -- no shops and cafes except another hotel, a Leroy-Merlin megastore, a sanitation facility, and a walking path taking you under a highway underpass--, but it is fine, especially during the daytime.

Dreadful hotel in a non tourist part of the city, broken facilities, smoke smelling room with stained carpets. Broken lift and dirty stairwell. A ten minute walk to the closest train station and a 40 minute trip to the city, no metro close by, no local restaurants for tourists, no bars for non locals, avoid this hotel at all costs. We paid for 2 nights but left after one could not wait to get out of this place. Paris is a beautiful city however Ivry sur Seine is not for tourists.

Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there.
Good clean place. No comfort but everything was there. Good bed, huge pillows that forces your feet out of bed even if you are just 180 cm like me. To far from Metro to have good Paris access. Neighborhood left, like a ghetto with wee smokers right side of. Staff at reception rude giving instructions like a warden in a juvenile jail. The other a super friendly helpful Togolese gentleman and the third a friendly smiling and greeting girl who never leaves her phone when greeting or giving out dustbin bags or T-roll. Great baker next door for fresh croissants. Big minus for foreign visitors 50+ TV stations only in French, which is ok for me but not for my wife and daughter. All together reasons we will not book there again.

No shampoo, the floor was cold.
The area is not to safe, at the middle of the night a guy was looking at our apartment windows for an hour or so and after we turned off the lights he came to our door trying to get in. It was very scary considering that we were two girls. Even now I’m still scared because of this

There are adequate shops for food and drink.
There are adequate shops for food and drink. This area does not have tourist attractions which I knew before staying there.
It is easy to catch RER or buses to the tourist hotspots.
If you intend commuting to Versailles which was my intention — unfortunately there was railway works disrupting the line and making the trip complex and arduous! On the last of my 8 days there normal service resumed, damn!
I recommend checking SANCF for rail works if things like this are important to you!
We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The garage was a big plus. We really appreciate the room including the small kitchen and the refrigerator. Although the accommodation is further from the center, everything is within reach with public transport. A big advantage is that the hotel is located near the highway. This accommodation met our expectations. I recommend.
Very polite staff. Complementary coffee and water in the lobby. Quite location (despite being near the Paris ring), 450-500 meters from two metro stations of line 7 (Porte d'Ivry and Pierre et Marie Currie). The room size was satisfactory given the usual near the center Paris' hotels (I was staying alone, maybe it would have been less comfortable for two people).
The hotel is very easily accessible and close to a central metro line. It's also possible to walk into the city center (ca 35 min) and the way takes you right through China Town of Paris. There is also a small supermarket next to the hotel which is open until 2am.
Check in and check out were very easy and overall the hotel was quiet during the day and night.

I already stayed 2 nights in other hotel prior to taking this. This place makes me feel like home. My wife and I finally got a very good rest after 2 days. Jerome is very accommodating and easy to deal with. The information he shared is very valuable such as the where we can find Grocery, Bakery etc. 10/10 !
Good hotel for a stop over in Paris and very close to the metro to get into central Paris, also very useful secure parking. The breakfast was ok but the system to buy it was a little annoying and it needs to be simplified.
The location was really good, bus stop right in front of the aparthotel, walking distance from train and metro station. 15 minutes walking from a shopping center, and many restaurants around to have food.
Stayed in this hotel for a month. Rooms are super clean, big enough, and comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast is AMAZING. Overall I had a nice stay. I would recommend this.
