Charming family run hotel with friendly and welcoming hosts. The Hotel is on the cycle route from the northern Brittany ferry ports via Redon and the Loire BAC to the Atlantic coast and the 'Velodyssee' cycle route (EV1). There is a garage to store bicycles securely overnight. Le Pellerin is a small town alongside the Loire with all facilities including a supermarket. Outside the Hotel you can sit beside the river with a cool drink and this must be idyllic in the summer. An interesting old property that was probably very impressive in its day. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice. Parking onsite was good.
