Easy parking and close to both Lannion and Perros. The breakfast was a bit of a shambles the first mo, no cups, eggs, or trays. But the following day was good. The Asian/Grill restaurant next door was literally 3 minutes walk and the buffet offered was brilliant. Hotel was excellent

The view from the window facing the sea is beautiful! Everything is clean, the minibar with still and sparkling water and soft drinks is free. In the spa area, free tea is a nice touch.

The host graciously accommodated us despite a problem with the reservation (it wasn't clear whether it was a Booking.com problem or a property problem. ) He even included breakfast at no charge. It was our best breakfast in France.
