If peace and tranquility in a country setting appeals to you, you will love this place. Although compact, the pod had everything we needed, and being so close to nature was lovely. Waking up to the soothing sound of cows grazing was a great start to the day!

WOW, what a gem this B&B was to stay.
Michael and his wife Michelle were excellent hosts and the pictures of the property don`t really do it justice.
The entrance hall and staircase to this Manor House is worth the entrance fee alone, ha ha !
Part of a round trip from The UK - Fishguard - Rosslare - Belfast (Titanic etc) - Giants Causeway (very near here) and then a saunter down the West Coast before heading back to Rosslare.
Greeted by Michael`s beaming smile, things just got better and better.
Easy to find, plenty of parking, extremely spacious rooms (we had two double beds), plenty of sockets, TV, kettle / tea / coffee etc., a great shower and as it`s in the Country it was as quiet as you like.
But the absolute star of the show was Michael`s amazing breakfast!
Plenty of fresh fruit, yoghurts, juices and there were 25 (that`s not a typo), yes 25 different boxes of cereals, granola`s, bran flakes, corn flakes or weetabix etc.
But, that still isn`t the start of the show...well not for me anyway....
Michael cooked a fantastic Full Irish Breakfast and after I`d avoided all the healthy stuff, it set us up for the day, ha ha !
Very well located for Giant`s Causeway, Portrush, PortStewart, Bushmills, Ballycastle and the ferry to Rathlin Island.
Great place to stay, highly recommend!

Armada Inn at Armoy was a lovely clean and friendly place.
Armada Inn at Armoy was a lovely clean and friendly place. Breakfast was exceptional, however I did book this place as they had a restaurant for evening meal so after traveling around all day didn't want to have to drive anywhere else for the evening. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed for the evening as all the staff apart from one of the bosses were on a staff night out for their end of season. It would have been nice if they had let us know either by email or phone and I would have gone elsewhere. Instead after a very long day we then had to drive 20 minutes to find a restaurant open.

Armoy is pretty small with a bar / petrol station and a few shops. Just a few mile from the property is Ballycastle with its gorgeous beach and stunning views. The property is a great base for exploring the causeway coast

Armoy Inn is a good wee place.
Armoy Inn is a good wee place. Good location to get around Antrim by car with easy access to the coast for Giants Causeway, Bally Castle etc.
The outside drinking/ smoking area got a wee bit noisy around midnight on a Friday....NOT good when you've got an early start!
Marion was a great hostess, very helpful and made a great Irish breakfast!
Great characters in the bar and we had a good time.
