The conference centre was nice and up to standard. The spa was okay, with the outdoor hydro-pool being the best feature. The gardens were beautiful. The room had a care home vibe with a TV from a decade ago, but at least the bed was comfortable.

Here are 7 advantages (see below for disadvantages): (1) Quiet neighbourhood. (2) Parking available on the street. (3) Clean room with private bathroom. (4) Comfortable bed (I slept well). (5) The room has a fridge, microwave, kettle and TV. (6) Self check-in worked well. (7) The staff responded quickly to my requests and were always very helpful, patient and friendly. Note: The name Sleep'n'eat can be confusing as breakfast is not offered or included.
