The location was ideal for us being central to our holiday plan. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner at the hotel throughout our 4 night stay. Breakfast was good as were dinners. Bar menu was more varied in the bar than the dining restaurant but it was possible to select from both menus. Overall quality was good. We were made to feel welcome by all the staff.

Building is ideally located but in need of some TLC. Only met 3 members of staff all were first class. The hotel lacks investment but the infrastructure eg location and staff was excellent.

There was nothing to like about it was in ruins, there was no one there, we had a 300 mile drive home. We await a reply from Booking.com to explain why they took money from us for this property which was closed

Such a lovely B&B in a quiet area, Linda and Dougie made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely with all the little touches that make your stay enjoyable, we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent, especially the fresh baked scones which is a very nice touch. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Holly Lodge is a Victorian house set in its own garden grounds and within the conservation village of Strathpeffer.

Fiona was very welcoming and generous with extra spaces for guests to enjoy. The house was tastefully decorated with tartans. The breakfast room looked beautiful when all laid out.
