Characterful (a real antidote to chain hotels) and very comfortable. We loved the thoughtful touches, such as fresh milk in the fridge and good filter coffee in the room, plus breakfast was excellent. The Bramley toiletries were appreciated. The location was perfect for exploring Bath.

Everything was perfect, we ate in the restaurant and the food was first class... the complementary treats in the room were a nice touch.. cannot recommend the place highly enough
