Location was good,accommodation was dated and careworn,our group were placed in an annexe in the rear car park,very dated and not ideal accommodation for the price.

Our host is very attentive and keen to make everything for us to feel good, the place is very well maintained and clean. The breakfast is excellent, with a vast choice of food. It is a good initiative to ask us the day before what we want to have from the menu. Within a short walking distance from both the railway station and the city of Dunkeld, it is ideally located for train travellers like us.
