Check in was good, reception staff friendly and helpful (as were all the staff we came into contact with during our stay). The room (std balcony sea view) was good but a little surprised the carpet was worn / dirty in places. Breakfast was good

The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived. My wife could drive her mobility scooter straight into the hotel and then straight into our accessible room. The dining room was spacious, the food was good and was served with smile. We only stayed a couple of nights, but we enjoyed them immensely. We will definitely be staying there again.

I liked how the person on duty took time to make us a meal, when they had no chef, she was very friendly and surprised me with Broccoli and stilton soup, delicious. Plenty of room in the car park.
