The room was spacious and clean with small seating area overlooking garden. Food was excellent i.e. breakfast and dinner, using locally sourced produce. Nice touch was fresh milk for room tea and coffee facilities not the dreaded UHT pod and fresh biscuits. Tyler the host was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Picked this hotel because it was close to the places we wanted to visit.

Everything easy and perfect from start to finish. Lovely communication and super easy check in and parking! Lovely clean place, very well thought out, lovely and generous touches like shower gel, shampoo, milk, fresh bread, cereal… jam, butter, yoghurt.. fridge, Microwave, tons of crockery. Everything has clear instructions, even a guest book. The views of the fields and open skies, wonderful. Woke to cuckoos and the dawn chorus, dreamy. Homely, practical and very welcoming. Thank you. Property is excellent with all facilities you need for a long weekend or longer. Appreciated the very sunny courtyard to eat outside. Even has washing line in the sun! Parking immediately outside the front door. Well located to visit all areas of Suffolk on your doorstep. And a superb pub for evening dinner 20 mins walk away. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

We stayed for 3 nights and the accommodation was perfectly comfortable. Good facilities and the layout of the studio made good use of the space available. Excellent communication with the owners who were very responsive to messages. We felt very welcome during our stay.
