The lady who managed our booking over the phone was brilliant. (Sorry i cant remember her name)My partner had stayed before and she remembered him. She was very good at her job, pleasant accommodating and welcoming. Unfortunately she was going off for the weekend so wasn't on front of house.

The flat was private, well equiped, comfortable and at a short distance from High Street. Brentwood is a small, nice town with enough shops, restaurants and pubs to have various choices. The environment is beautiful, biking a wonderful experience.

Just an overnight stay.
Just an overnight stay. However there was room in the car park, we arrived after 10pm. The staff were cheerful at check in. The room was nice with 2 double beds. It was nice and quiet. The shower was really good. The water was hot and plentiful. Dove shower wash and hand wash. Breakfast was very nice. A good location for access to the M25.
