A great Hotel, in a good location near the A14 and in the Centre of the village of Claydon with plenty of parking. The room was very comfortable and quiet, everything you need for a short stay. Marina (hope I’ve spelt that right) was absolutely wonderful, she could not do enough for us and the other guests. Breakfast was excellent, a good range of cereals, fruit and yogurt etc. and we really enjoyed the sausage and bacon on the Full English.

Reopened in July 2009 after a dramatic facelift, this stylish inn boasts contemporary, boutique-style rooms, free Wi-Fi, a lavish bar and a 2 AA Rosette award-winning restaurant.

All staff we came in contact with were first class. To a person they all were friendly, helpful, very professional and keen to make sure we were well looked after. Breakfast was excellent, again staff great. Evening meal service again super. Room was very comfortable, huge bath and walk in shower. King size bed.
