Rooms are a high standard with everything you need. Staff very friendly and attentive. It seems like they really delight in giving excellent service. Also, eating dinner there I have to say the food is 1st class too.

The breakfast was delicious (we went for the the vegetarian breakfast, but the meat options all looked good), the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was very nice, with a good coffee machine and good selection of teas. The water pressure in the shower was also excellent.

This was a great hotel - unusual and quirky - with fantastic service from all members of staff. The food was excellent, especially the evening meal. A really delightful place to spend a couple of nights.

The staff were really helpful, we had some issues with our room since the heating wasn’t working and members of the team were trying within their means to help by providing complimentary hot drinks to our room.
