Comfy Room with good view. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good evening meal and excellent breakfast. In the evening lot of flexibility eating out until it got chilly and then moving inside.

Staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was lovely and Julie couldn't do enough for us - as vegans, we don't always find a lot of variety but that wasn't the case. We had choice and all of it (breakfast and dinners) delicious. Friendly, comfy and very relaxed, all that was needed. Thank you. We'll definitely recommend and we'll be back.

we have stayed many times before and the room was still as comfortable as ever. The breakfast is lovely with good quality ingredients and prompt service. location is great with plenty of access to interesting walks, easy access to train station and bus stops.

The Coach House is set in a rural location in the village of Rudgwick on the Downs Link, a walking and cycling route that runs from Guildford to Shoreham.

A lovely, warm friendly welcome. A light airy tastefully decorated room. Lots of little useful touches to make our stay comfortable. A yummy breakfast. 15 min walk to a great local pub for delicious dinner. Would definitely go back.
